Our Return Policy


Thank you for shopping with our Local, Family Owned Company. We truly appreciate your support. We understand that sometimes you might not be happy with your product, so let us help you with a return or replacement. Your satisfaction and experience with us is very important. Normally, items purchased in our store or on ArizonaWildcatsStore.com may be returned or exchanged within sixty (60) days of purchase with a receipt. At this time, online purchases cannot be exchanged in store. They can only be shipped to our Arizona Wildcats Store Warehouse.

Arizona Wildcats Store reserves the right to warn, limit or decline returns or exchanges regardless of whether the customer has a receipt. All returns are subject to a refund verification process. Customers are encouraged to retain their original purchase receipts, online order receipts and e-receipts. All decisions regarding returns are subject to applicable laws. The Store Manager and Online Representative have the authority to make a final decision for all returns.


Our In-Store Return Policy

If sixty (60) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund, exchange or store credit. To complete your return or exchange, we require an original receipt as proof of purchase. In order to receive a full refund, your merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) days with an original receipt receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags. Apparel must be new, unused, unworn and unwashed.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, accept gift cards, free gifts, promotional items with retail value, products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery fall under this rule.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is inspected, then it will be approved or rejected. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 


Sale items (if applicable)
Clearance items are final and may not be returned.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, your merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) days with an original receipt.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


Return Location

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
